Barista

Qualifications

  • With related experience as Barista in a coffee shops such as (Starbucks, Coffer Bean, Bo’s Coffee, Seatle Best, Tim Hortons or any kind of Bistro Cafe.
  • Ability to sell products and services.
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • With good verbal communication skills and a good memory

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
  • Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, and tea
  • Clean, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Receives and processes customer payments
  • Selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment
  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment

Salary and benefits

  • Gross total salary: 2,000 Saudi Riyals
  • With overtime pay entitlement
  • Free accommodation and transportation
