Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Minimum of 3 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Formulate recipes for production of small goods like sausages, hams, smoked chicken, longanisa, beef jerky, salami.
- Ensure proper records & data entry of raw materials, production, cash sales & other important data required by admin.
- Train factory staff to use machinery & technical aspects of smallgoods manufacturing & to implement new efficient & safe work practices.
- Ordering of raw materials such as flavors, preservatives meats, spare parts s packaging materials.
- Improve s maintain the quality & hygiene of the butchery section-staff, equipment & procedures.
- Ordering of ingredients s stock for quality at lowest price.
- Planning operational & sales budget for weekly & monthly review.
- Selecting & preparing meat to produce small goods.
- Degree in food tech or food science, management, industrial production.
