Maintenance Mechanical Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- With certain mechanical foundation and ability in understanding drawings; with basic bench work skill; able to coordinate engineering technician to maintain and upgrade equipment
- Familiar with office software such as Word and Excel as well as CAD in addition to related professional knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- To carry out Maintenance/Repair, assembling & disassembling work of overall Plant Machinery and Utilities.
- To maintain/repair Hydraulic System including all types of Hydraulic Pumps and Valves their assembling & disassembling.
- To ensure that the Oil Level & Oil temperature is within the working limits of a Hydraulic System.
- Has ability to read Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematic Diagrams;
- To maintain/repair Plant Water distribution system including all types of Water Pumps, Valves their assembling & disassembling.
- Has ability to maintain/repair all types of Gear Motors, assemble, disassemble, replacing oil seals, bearings & maintaining lubrication level.
- Has ability to carry out maintenance & Repair work of Sea Water Desalt Plant, Cooling Towers & Compressors.
- Has ability to carry out maintenance & repair work of Overhead Cranes & Gantry Crane.
- Has basic knowledge to carry out maintenance of Mobile Crane, Forklift & Terex Stacker.
- Has basic Knowledge of fabrication work; To ensure that the critical spare parts are available in store. If not then immediately inform to his
- supervisor.
- Has ability to assist supervisor in job scheduling & planning; To maintain good housekeeping, segregation of faulty and good machine parts within maintenance room.
- Has ability to give training & train the helpers working under him; To carry out maintenance/repair work safely & efficiently; To carry out any other task assigned by his superior.
