WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, 20 to 32 years old and below.
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Must hold an NC II Training Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in the position being applied for.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, courteous, and professional.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Set up and clear dining tables before and after guest service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining and service areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Process or assist with customer bills and payments when required.
  • Provide courteous and attentive customer service throughout the dining experience.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
