WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of proven local & international working experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Must have a TESDA NCII or Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
• Preference will be given to those with international waitstaff experience in diverse environments.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Candidates should be enthusiastic about welcoming customers upon their arrival or at the counter.
• Proficiency in explaining the menu, including daily specials, and addressing questions about dishes, ingredients, or dietary needs is necessary.
• Familiarity with both electronic and manual ordering and cashiering systems for processing orders is required.
• A friendly and accommodating approach to serving customers is a must.
• Attention to cleanliness in all assigned areas is important.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages is essential.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities such as food preparation, serving special customers, and managing the cash drawer is expected.
• Capability to address customer complaints effectively when necessary is required.
• Proficiency in handling cash, credit card, or digital payment methods accurately and efficiently is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.
• A recently renewed passport is necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at 1,350€ ( Php81,000.00 ) gross monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation and Food will be provided by the employer
• Employment Period: April – October
• Overtime: payable as per Greek labour law
