Sisban Trofi Food Company is seeking an experienced Waiter to provide professional food and beverage service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in the food industry and be willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Previous experience in the same or related field is required.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Knowledge of restaurant and food service procedures.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take accurate orders and coordinate effectively with kitchen personnel.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Willing to be assigned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Communicate orders correctly to kitchen and service staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests with their selections when appropriate.
• Set up dining tables according to restaurant service standards.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, workstations, and service equipment.
• Restock service supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company service procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service at all times.
