DE FLAMINGOS is hiring Waiters for its food and beverage operations in Brunei. The company is looking for courteous, service-oriented individuals who can deliver excellent dining experiences and maintain high hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Responsible, polite, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving basic concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverage items during service.
• Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
