UAB Fortotrans is seeking experienced and responsible Trailer Truck Drivers for deployment to Lithuania. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy trailer trucks for international cargo transport across European Union countries while ensuring compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and delivery schedules.

TRAILER TRUCK DRIVER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a trailer truck driver or related heavy vehicle driving role.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with C+E Category.
  • Ability to operate and drive a 3-axle truck.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety and EU transport regulations.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance driving assignments.
  • Good driving record and responsible driving practices.
  • Ability to maintain trip documentation and delivery records accurately.
  • Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy trailer trucks for international cargo transportation.
  • Deliver goods safely and efficiently across EU countries.
  • Ensure compliance with EU transport regulations, road safety standards, and company policies.
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and operational safety.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery documents, and transport records.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
  • Secure cargo properly and ensure safe transportation of goods.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers, logistics personnel, and clients regarding delivery schedules and routes.
  • Follow company operational procedures and safety regulations at all times.
