SUSHI CHEF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Arabic / English Speaking skills are highly preferred
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques.
• Ability to work both fast and accurately.
• Must be strong and good personality, must not have tattoos on their body, must not be short body, must be placed anywhere in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
• Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes.
• Assembling and plating sushi, sashimi, maki rolls and other fare.
• Cleaning kitchen tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Communicating with wait staff to ensure that special requests and food allergy considerations are met.
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
