Job Description

• Welcome the customers and provide them with food and beverages menus, receive the orders and serve the foods and beverages.
• Respond to the customers’ inquiries, and provide advice on food and beverages options.
• Prepare, arrange and clean the tables, and arrange the tables’ contents, such as dishes and utensils and return them to their places.
• Present the invoices to customers, receive and record the cash payments and use the POS machines.
• Receive and raise the complaints to the complaint official in preparation for dealing with it
