Sushi Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing basic sushi dishes such as maki, nigiri, and sashimi under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain consistency in the preparation and presentation of all sushi items.
• Properly store and handle fresh seafood, rice, and other ingredients.
