STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have worked in a 5-star hotel/resort
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and building code requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and detail structural components and systems using steel, concrete, wood, or other materials.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local and international building codes.
• Conduct structural assessments and inspections of existing buildings and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Review construction plans and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and construction documents.
• Assist in value engineering and risk assessments to improve project outcomes.
