STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
• Proven drafting skills , exemplified by a portfolio of prior work
• Highly collaborative spirit and experience working in a team
• Knowledge of the international standard and codes AISC, ACI and API & Aramco Standards
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Experience with design software like Autocad or Revit , Staad

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations in accordance with AISC and company standards to determine if an existing steel structure can safely support increases in load and provide recommendations to strengthen the structure when required
• Problem Solving skills to quickly address issues that arise on site and keep projects on track
