Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Primary school graduate and above
• Working at a 5-star luxury hotel, resort or casino environment is an advantage
• Able to communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin / English

Job Description:

• Responsible for washing, cleansing, and polishing the cutlery and utensils and maintaining the usage of kitchen equipment
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, assists in cleaning dishes and tends to customers’ needs

The Grand Lisboa Hotel is owned by SJM Resorts, Limited (SJM) and is an impressive and iconic skyscraper with 260 metres tall, an iconic architectural feat inspired by Macau’s lotus symbol. According to the Gemological Institute of America, the 218.08 carat (43.62 g) diamond is the largest cushion-shaped diamond in the world with excellent polish, symmetry and internal flawless D-colour.
