STATIC EQUIPMENT MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

Qualifications

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience

Responsibilities

• Inspection experience Mechanical Static Equipment (Heat Exchanger, Column, Pressure vessels). Related Oil & Gas maintenance/Shutdown,
• Turnaround is a Must. API-510/570 Certified.
• Coordinates services of contract inspectors/non-destructive examination technicians.
• Provides static equipment inspection guidance to troubleshooting and applies engineering knowledge in planning and coordinating work for the Maintenance Department.
• Understands critical process variables that affect static equipment reliability, and integrity, providing inspection recommendations based on findings, options, and risk assessments in conjunction with the Subject Matter Expert of Static Equipment.
• Executes generated static inspection requirements for projects within assigned units or areas and coordinates inspection requirements for larger scale projects in collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance, and Reliability departments
