Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• HCPC-Registered at least 2 years of post-qualification experience

Job Description:

• To provide assessment, diagnosis and specialist, evidence-based speech and language therapy (SLT) intervention to children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
• To work with education and other professionals and parents/careers to support the SLT needs of children with Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
• To ensure a high standard of child centred service delivery is achieved in line with best practice and commissioning intentions.
