Sous Chefs

Qualifications:

  • Having worked as a Sous Chef in a 5 Star Hotel overseas is an advantage
  • Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
  • Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
  • Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
  • Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Certificates of Employment from all companies where you were employed
  • Employment Contracts
  • OFW Information Sheets
  • Passport Copy
  • Valid NBI Clearance
  • Company IDs
  • Digital photo
  • Training Certificate
  • Education Certificate

If you are/were locally employed please submit the following:
