SITE SUPERVISOR – WELDING / FABRICATION

Qualifications

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 7 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the quality, productivity, cost, and safety of welding processes.
• Combine management skills with an extensive knowledge of welding processes and welding economics to plan, staff, monitor, and safely deliver welding projects according to schedule and budget.
• Manage assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality, efficient work habits and on-time completion of work orders.
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and products
• Remove or discard all products and equipment that fail to meet specifications.
