SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Experienced in reading and interpreting project drawings, preparing method statements, managing project documentation, and coordinating manpower.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management software.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid technical knowledge in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor site work progress to ensure timely and quality completion of project activities.
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Lead the site project team and serve as the key client link for assigned projects.
- Perform quantity take-off and estimation of required materials.
- Supervise subcontractors and resolve technical issues encountered on site
