MOTORBIKE MECHANIC

Qualifications:

  • Between 21 years old to 40 years old.
  • Must be an experienced Bike Mechanic with knowledge and understanding to diagnose and fix a wide variety of opportunities for Bikes.
  • Ability to coordinate with the Delivery Riders with different cultures and behavior in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Have a commitment to produce quality work.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Have the initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Must be highly responsible and able to work independently.
  • Willing to empower the Delivery Riders to learn bike mechanics.
  • With Bike troubleshooting skills.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose bike repair and maintenance opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Repairing and/or replacing damaged or worn-out components.
  • Responsible in all preventive bikes maintenance requirements, as outlined on the Preventive Maintenance Calendar.
  • Complete bike repairs of minor and moderate intensity such as fix flat tires, adjust/replace brakes and cables, true wheels, adjust/replace chains, repack hubs and bottom brackets, adjust derailleur and adjust bike fit particularly related to safety check.
  • Keep track of tools and assist Delivery Riders with inventory of materials or parts used.
  • Maintain bike records by recording service and repairs.
  • Provide a Bike Maintenance program to ensure safe use and cost efficiency
