SENIOR STOCK MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• Mastery & certified in analytical accounting
• Short or long term background (certified) in analytical accounting (focused on inventory management)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain stock costing systems as well as provide reports on it to the head of department of the area.
• Process all stock receipts, stock issues, line-by-line/item-by-item costing, taking into account the acquisition cost, and all associated expenses up to arrival at the mine, including stock possession costs.
• Analysis of input and output of materials and Stock control and management
• Physical inventory monitoring and accounting
• Analyze the requisitions of missing products (stock replenishment)
• Ensure the accuracy, truthfulness and integrity of data/information
• Inform the person directly responsible whenever necessary of all discrepancies and inaccuracies found
• Produce reports with KPI’s inherent to the function
