SALON TRAINER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for setting up training infrastructure and quality control processes in order to ensure we build
  • The first ever professional and reliable spa at home category.
  • Design a category with exceptional experience and strong market fit
  • Understand current problems in customer experience and establish action plans and processes to solve for fundamental issues
  • Set up selection and training processes and train new spa therapists
  • Monitor post go live performance of spa therapists and course correct for quality
  • Ensure high efficacy during trainings and drive on group sop adherence
  • Work with team to design new services launches
  • Identify right products, vendors and take full ownership of new launches and quality.
  • Day to day operations include helping the team deliver on onboarding targets, drive referal programs
