Sales Department Secretary/Coordinator

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Sales Department.
• Manage sales department calendars and schedules, arranging meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Assist with sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate communication between the Sales Department and other departments within SFFECO, including Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Manage travel arrangements for the Sales team.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for sales documents and records
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
