Alfa Company is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Restaurant Staff (Host) to join its restaurant team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will welcome and assist guests, manage seating arrangements, prepare tables, and support smooth restaurant operations while maintaining excellent customer service and professional work etiquette.

Qualifications:
- 21–33 years old.
- Strong customer interaction and customer service skills.
- Good oral communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
- Knowledge of proper table setting and dining area preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Friendly, courteous, approachable, and professional when dealing with customers.
- Good work etiquette, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to customer needs.
- Willing to follow company rules, restaurant procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Physically capable of standing and moving around the restaurant for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Assist customers upon arrival and provide information about the restaurant and available seating.
- Manage guest seating arrangements and guide customers to their assigned tables.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow and seating operations.
- Prepare and arrange tables before guests are seated.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming dining area.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer questions and requests.
- Communicate clearly with guests, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating during busy periods.
- Assist in managing reservations and guest waiting lists when required.
- Support restaurant staff in maintaining efficient front-of-house operations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to supervisors.
- Work cooperatively with servers, cashiers, kitchen personnel, and other restaurant staff.
- Maintain proper grooming, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
- Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate good work etiquette and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by management.
