RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and reservations for clients or guests.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors or callers as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
