RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Male & Female
• Age 25 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 3 years work related experience

Job Description:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, visitors, and colleagues professionally and courteously.
• Managing appointments, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
• Welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and providing information or guidance effectively.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling administrative duties while attending to visitors’ needs.
• Proficient in using office software, handling booking systems, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor, being reliable, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation:

• Yearly renewable contract
• 11 months working one month paid vacation
• Free health insurance , accommodation, transportation , according to experience
