Quality Controller Garments

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in hosiery, stockings, hose, legwear, anklets, bobby socks, and kneesocks.
• With minimum experience of 5 years as Quality Controller
• Willing to work overtime in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Involves inspecting fabrics, materials, and finished socks for defects like incorrect measurements, poor stitching, and color inconsistencies
• Performing inline checks during production
• Verifying packaging and labels, and preparing quality reports to ensure products meet client and manufacturing standards
• Key responsibilities include performing AQL sampling, testing for fabric quality and garment properties (like shrinkage and elasticity), and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Any task given by the immediate supervisor relatively to the role
