Our employer Arabian Pipes Company is in need of the following:

QC SHIFT ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Diploma /BSC in Engineering. NDT Level !! (Ultrasonic ) as per ASNT-TC-1A or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in an ISO certified company.

Job Description:

• Overall monitoring of tube mill activities’ to the compliance of MOC /ITP.
• Overall monitoring of Process evaluation of the compliance of MOC /ITP. e.g. on line, office, full body and manual UT, flattering , hydro static Final inspection area.
• Knowledge in use of inspection , measuring test equipment.
• Preparation of daily quality reports and review of final inspection reports against MIS.
• Check hold pipes in final to expedite required repair and reprocessing in coordination with foreman

The company owns and operates two factories, the first plant in Riyadh with average capacity of 160 thousand ton per year of ERW pipes with sizes range from 6 to 20 inch and the second plant in Jubail industrial city with average capacity of 300 thousand ton per year of LSAW pipes with sizes range from 16 to 48 inch to reach a total average capacity to 460 thousand ton per year. Also the company has threading line for casing pipes, a coating facility and slitting line for steel coils. The company have many accreditation certificates such as (API, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ILAC) also the company is approved by most of the oil and gas companies in the region and exporting to Gulf countries, middle east and north Africa.
