Refreshment Trading Co. is seeking a dedicated QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities and ensure product quality and compliance across our operations. The role involves supervising QA processes, monitoring standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. 

QA Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• Experience in juice or beverage industry
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 or similar quality systems
• Proven experience in QA role within food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise QA team and daily quality operations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Review and approve QA documentation and records
• Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams
