QA/QC ELECTRONIC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Preferably with knowledge of Fire Alarm / Firefighting systems standards. Responsible for administrating the Quality Plan of a project at the construction site.
• Responsible to prepare Projects Inspection & Test Plan “ITPL” based on overall project’s ITPL and in-line with project specifications.
• Responsible for recognition of quality problems for taking initiative to solve the recognized problem & for verifying implementation of corrective action at the construction site project
• Responsible for reviewing & maintaining calibration records to ensure that all the measuring & testing equipment used for quality inspection are calibrated.
• Internally Inspect all material received in SAS stores to ensure that it fully complies with corresponding SAS PO, approved Material Submittals and supporting Quality docs
• Raise Material Inspection Requests to Project’s Engineer to inspect all newly received material. He will attend all inspections on behalf of SAS to ensure smooth execution of the quality plan.
• Carry out Internal Inspection of 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix installations prior to calling Project Engineer to attend, this is just to ensure that relevant Inspection Snag list is minimal
• Coordinate with client to witness the HOLD Points as per approved inspection & test plan (ITPL) and obtain their signature on the relevant inspection forms.
• Responsible for the final Inspection of the products / assembly to ensure compliance with the quality plan.
• Evaluate & Record test result for conformity to standard specification.
