PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and clean dirt, dust, and debris in all areas of a facility.
• Reliable and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and sanitation standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials as needed.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to company procedures.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report maintenance or repair issues to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the facility.
• Follow housekeeping schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
• Adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
