Production Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Can communicate in English language
- Has training certifications or some certificates for this position in this industry
Job Description:
- Supervise the production process and implement the production plan
- Accepts the order/order for production, being able to prepare the machines, cleaning/calibration, supply of adequate raw materials, commitment of sufficient resources
- Systematic control of the fulfillment of tasks by the team, individual workers and their guidance, timely elimination of problems
- Control over the timely removal of production waste and finished products
- Rational use of working time, work organization and management in the production line
- Assigning the duties of the workers in the production line assigned to him, in accordance with the work schedule, adapted and organized to the technological process of the machinery with which we work;
- Registration of the relevant primary documentation
- Ensures that production is cost effective, high quality and on time
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Supervise cleaning in the factory
- Ensures the following of instructions for health and safety at work, material responsibility for the correct use of work equipment, control over compliance with Safety at work within the delegated limits

•Coordinates and reports to immediate superior any abnormality that may been countered during production.

•Inspects all products coming out and segregates good from rejects.
• Follow working procedure packaging and quantity standard and puts label on the box.
• Inform the next assigned operator of all updates with regards to operation and product’s quality.

Perform functional and dimensional inspection.
•Create measurement programs.
• Controls and perform verification/calibration on inspection measuring and test equipment.
•Performs visual inspection on in-process and outgoing parts
• Check incoming materials for completeness of requirements and compliance to specification.
•Prepare and submits report.
•Performs other duties as maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
• Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection as may be required
