Process Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• With design experience in the field of Process Engineering, preferably in Oil and Gas, Upstream and Downstream Project with background in
  design Consultancy Firm
• Knowledge in process engineering designs, calculations in accordance with International (ASME, API, NORSOK, ISO, IBC, ASTM, NFPA, IEC) and Local
• (Saudi ARAMCO, SABIC, MARAFIQ, RC, SWCC, MODON, SBC, SPC) Industry Codes and Standards highly preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Engineering Calculation software such as ASPEN HYSYS, OLGA, AFT Softwares, Synergi Pipeline Simulator, PIPENET and including in-house softwares
• Able to prepare Steady and Dynamic Flow Calculations for Compressible and Incompressible Fluids
• Knowledge in Flaresim, DNV PHAST for Radiation Plotting and Gas Dispersion Modeling
• Prepare Safety and Operational Philosophies, Cause and Effect Matrix, Control Narratives
• Prepare Technical Specifications for Process Equipment such as Metering System, Filtration System, Gas Heating Systems, Pressure Reducing Systems
• Process Automation for pipelines, process piping, equipment modelling is highly preferred; Evaluating Vendor technical Proposals
  Prepare Safety Instruction Sheets, Line List, Equipment List; Experienced in using SPPID, Microstation, AutoCADD
• Prepare Process Flow Diagram, Material Selection Diagram, Heat and Material Balance and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
