PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 4 year teaching experience In Pre-School
• Must be graduate of College Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education major in Pre-School Education or Equivalent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
• Manage a busy classroom environment, and provide the structure and discipline required for successful learning for everyone in the classroom.
• Use a variety of different educational techniques (for example storytelling, playing games, media presentations etc.) to teach children
• Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• Evaluates students’ academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
• Work with diverse populations of children and adults from a wide variety of cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds.
• Prepare lesson plans for students according to developmental maturity, and needs of the children being taught, while including fundamental vocabulary, simple shapes, basic colors, letters, and numbers into the curriculum.
