Physiotherapist / Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, or related healthcare professional.
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in a related field.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and massage therapy practices.
- Ability to assess patients through physical examinations, observations, and functional testing.
- Skilled in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through observations, assessments, and physical tests.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training techniques to improve mobility and physical function.
- Provide massage therapy treatments to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers, healthcare professionals, and management when necessary.
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Promote wellness, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices among clients.
- Follow professional standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
