Our employer Jash Technical Services is in need of the following:

PERFORMANCE MANAGER LEAD

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• At least three years of this experience at Airports

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of airport-specific facilities, including terminals, runways, hangars, and support buildings
• Understanding of airport-specific facilities and infrastructure
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, operational efficiency, and asset management
• Proficiency in setting KPIs, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics
• Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards (e.g., GACA, ICAO).
• Ensuring that facilities operations comply with legal and safety requirements
• Expertise in process optimization, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices
  Proficient in communication and negotiation
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to facilities management
• Ability to align performance goals with financial objectives
