PASTRY CHEF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Must have 3 years of experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields

Job Description:

• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
• Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
• Prepares and bakes a variety of desserts and sweet goods, following recipes.
• Create new desserts, decorate pastries, monitor ingredient stocks, ensure equipment quality, guide staff, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
