MEDICA FILTER spol. s r.o. is seeking qualified and hardworking Packers to join its manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for production support, assembly, inspection, and packaging of products and components according to established specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. The role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Female, 25–40 years old.
• At least High School or Vocational Graduate.
• Experience in production, assembly, and packaging according to specifications and work instructions.
• Ability to perform manual and machine-assisted packaging.
• Ability to operate simple production and packaging machines.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, particularly when handling small components.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality awareness.
• Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, work instructions, and hygiene/cleanliness standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production and packaging tasks.
• Ability to stand and perform hands-on production work for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Willingness to follow company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and machine-assisted packaging of products and components according to specifications.
• Assemble products and components following established work instructions and production procedures.
• Operate simple production and packaging machines safely and correctly.
• Prepare materials, components, packaging supplies, labels, and containers for production.
• Inspect products and components before, during, and after packaging.
• Check quantities, dimensions, appearance, labels, and packaging condition for accuracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and production instructions.
• Ensure products are packed correctly to prevent damage, contamination, or deterioration.
• Handle small components carefully using proper manual handling techniques.
• Maintain good hand-eye coordination and accuracy during assembly and packaging operations.
• Label, seal, sort, and organize finished products according to production requirements.
• Identify defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly packaged products and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records when required.
• Follow established hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Keep workstations, production areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Monitor packaging materials and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and schedules.
• Coordinate with other production workers and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Minimize material waste through careful handling, accurate assembly, and proper packaging.
• Perform other production, assembly, inspection, and packaging duties as assigned.
