PABX Technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 2 – 5 years’ experience on Samsung Office serve 7000 range PABX’s (Installations and Fault resolution)
• 2 – 3 years’ experience on Samsung SCM PBX systems
• Experience on Firewall setup and maintenance (Cyberoam and Fortinet experience preferably )
• General knowledge on Mikrotik routers (setup and maintenance)
• General understanding of SIP protocol and troubleshooting
• General understanding of Ubiquiti product range (Installation and maintenance )
• 2 -5 years’ experience on fault finding on IP and SIP networks
• Must have valid drivers license and own transport
• Any experience on Epygi and Yeastar PABX systems is a plus but not compulsory (training will be provided on this if needed)
• General understanding of LTE APN services (installation and maintenance )
• 2-5 years’ experience on NVR and DVR’s (installation and maintenance )
• 2-5years’ experience on Hikvision or similar NVR and DVRs (installation and maintenance )
• 2-5 years’ experience on fault finding on above mentioned systems

Job Description:

• Installation and Maintenance on network components- PBX, routers, switches, access points and cabling
• Recovery Operations and Data Backup Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, and Resolving Hardware and software system problems
• Replacing Hardware Monitoring performance to make any adjustments
• Conferring with providers and ISP to solve system problems will be field operated and will need to be able to do general maintenance , fault finding and installations on the above mention on a daily basis .
• Needs to be able of doing installation and fault finding with minimal support of senior engineers
