Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A university degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology, or industrial engineering.
• With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in operations management
• Production experience in the relevant industry for 15 years
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of business management principles and practices
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Fantastic Information Technology skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and overseeing the company operations.
• Establish a strong collaborative relationship with all clients and higher management
• Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, managing various project management, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
• To ensure that key processes and practices are implemented effectively throughout the company operation.
• Monitor and train personnel, manage quality assurance, and develop workflows.
• In charge of maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s employees and processes.
