Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Experience in Major Repairs: Main host, Boom hoist, and catenary wore ropes replacing work
• Trolley and catenary wheels and bearings replacing work
• Main hoist, Gantry and Trolley reducers Repairing work
• Trolley, catenary guide rollers replacing work
• Troubleshooting to hydraulics and mechanical faults.
• Brake units repairing work
• Main hoist sheaves replacing work
• Spreader maintenance and troubleshooting faults
• Hydraulic pumps repairing work
• Engine TOP-FULL overhauling, Engine Coolant system CMT
• Engine Front and Rear seal change, Engine Bearing Replacement
• Engine Evaluating and testing engine injectors
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in Mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting skills and breakdown (BDN) analysis for further control of BDN

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the mainteance and repair of all Cranes, RTG and QC.
• Responsible for the communication with operation in matter relating to breakdown of equipment.
  Guide Trainee Technicians on day to day work
• To update the Equipment deployment, Availability, Preventive
• Maintenance Monitor the equipment’s performance and schedule corrective maintenance
• To improve reliability through modifications and modifications
• Responsible for executing work in the safest way
