Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring production processes, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment and machinery, including pumps, reactors, mixers, and other related equipment.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and final products to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collect and analyze samples during production for testing and analysis purposes.
• Document and record production data, including batch records, operating parameters, and test results.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, chemists, and maintenance technicians, to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs.
