Qualifications:

  • 12 months of recruitment (agency/internal) experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • 2 years sales experience in recruitment or related industry.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Job Description:

  • Creating and managing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and generate sales leads. Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns based on their performance in terms of reach, frequency, response rates, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Ability to create engaging content and marketing materials such as capability statements, flyers and other by using Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design platforms.
