MANAGER TRAINEE (Food & Beverage Counter Worker)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in the same or related field, particularly Food & Beverage, Food Service, Restaurant, or Hotel industries.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Willing to learn daily business workflows, decision-making processes, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Interested in developing skills for a future leadership or management role.
• Able to work across different business areas, including sales, marketing, human resources, and operations.
• Good communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
• Able to assist with basic research, data gathering, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Willing to participate in workshops, meetings, seminars, and company training programs.
• Customer-oriented and able to maintain professional service standards.
• Adaptable, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and learn from experienced leaders regarding daily workflows, decision-making, and company policies.
• Assist with day-to-day food and beverage counter operations and customer service activities.
• Support efficient business operations while learning procedures and preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
• Assist in coordinating daily restaurant activities and maintaining smooth operational workflows.
• Gain practical exposure to different business functions, including sales, marketing, human resources, and operations.
• Assist with assigned projects, daily administrative tasks, research, data gathering, and basic analysis.
• Support team projects and contribute to the completion of operational assignments.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate operational records.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational targets, and other performance metrics.
• Assist supervisors and managers in evaluating operational results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, training sessions, and seminars as required.
• Learn and follow company policies, operational procedures, food safety standards, and service guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper service standards in the food and beverage area.
• Support teamwork and effective communication among restaurant employees.
• Assist with customer service and help address routine customer concerns under the direction of supervisors.
• Help monitor daily operational requirements and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Develop knowledge of restaurant operations, team coordination, customer service, and business performance.
• Perform other training, administrative, food and beverage, and operational duties assigned by management.
