MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree and / or equivalent education and work related experience
• At least a minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid drivers license is essential to this position
