MAINTENANCE-IN-CHARGE / MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years working experience required (preferably 2–7+ years in high-volume manufacturing).
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and coach technical teams in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians, including hiring and performance management.
• Direct day-to-day maintenance activities, covering preventive and corrective actions for machinery and facilities.
• Ensure high availability of production lines, including filler, blow molding, and conveyors, targeting >90% Maintenance Schedule Completion Rate (SCR).
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts to reduce operational costs.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and KORE standards.
• Use Kaizen, 5Ys, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes of equipment failure and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and CMMS systems for tracking work orders and monitoring maintenance KPIs.
