Laborer

Qualifications:

• College/university degree or diploma, spoken/written English and Tagalog
• Willing to work overseas on a two-year continuous contract, hardworking, self motivated and flexible, team player
• Valid four-wheeler driver’s license and able to drive
• Skills required: Knowledge of construction materials & methods, basic understanding of construction site safety, understanding of local & international building codes

Responsibilities:

• Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trees, and other obstacles
• Load, unload, and transport building materials (e.g., lumber, bricks, tools, equipment)
• Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as directed
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using hand or power tools
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials
• Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors, jackhammers)
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other general labour duties as assigned by supervisors
