ETC Food Restaurant is looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew members to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in food safety practices, kitchen preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

KITCHEN CREW

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in kitchen or food preparation.
• Knowledgeable in FIFO procedures, food contamination prevention, and HACCP standards.
• Experience in washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing vegetables and fruits.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity remaining

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations.
  Wash, peel, cut, and dice vegetables and fruits.
  Follow proper food storage procedures, including First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  Ensure compliance with food safety standards, contamination prevention, and HACCP procedures.
  Assist cooks and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients and organizing supplies.
  Follow company hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
