KIDS CLUB ATTENDANT

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must be able to stand, reach with hands and arms.
• Use hands to climb or balance.
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Assist on coordinating child amenities and Kids Club gifts
• Organizing and accompanying the Kids Club outdoor activities, swimming pool activities and kids sports

Responsibilities

• Follow activities scheduled.
• Collection of all equipment / toys at the end shift.
• Check area for any problems and report to Technical Services.
• Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
• Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club, handling reservations and payments, up-selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties.
• Organize and accompany children activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service
• Handling kids club consumables and merchandising stock, managing available material.
• Coordinate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge.
• Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing taylor made experiences for Kids.
• Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments.
