INSULATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Driver’s Licenses is required for this positions

Responsibilities

• Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based of factors such as location, surface shape, heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material and equipment use
• Read and plan the specifications to determine job requirements
• Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing, or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces
